Detection (Constrained the httpd:2.4 package checks to the el8.1.0 module stream via el_string. Newer el8.9.0+ builds (e.g. mod_md-2.0.8-8.module+el8.9.0) belong to an independently-patched module-stream lineage and are no longer incorrectly flagged as vulnerable against the el8.1.0 advisory fixed version. Confirmed via Red Hat Case 04202329.)
