错误修复：
* 在 OSProfiler 库中，Unicode 字符串处理存在一个已知问题。因此，如果使用非 ASCII 字符，创建 Block Storage (cinder) 快照将会失败。通过此更新，除非在 cinder 配置中专门启用 OSProfiler 库，否则不会加载。因此，OSProfiler 中的 Unicode 处理问题仍然存在，如果使用 OSProfiler，将导致同样的故障，不过多数 cinder 配置都不会发生这种情况。当前范围内没有针对此问题的更深入解决方案。(BZ#1383899)
