Synopsis
Crash via External Protocol Link in Request Preview Pane in Dev Tools
To reproduce:
1. Create a webpage with a foreign protocol that would be sent to an external URI handler ("tel" below):

2. Open up the webpage in any chromium browser
3. Open up the dev tools, click on “network”, and click on the request to the html file
4. Click the “preview” plane
5. Click on the link in the preview plane and observe the browser crash
